URGENT: Committee Elections
Friday, 17 February 2012 16:19

Dear CUMSA,

As you know, our much anticipated AGM will be held tomorrow.

In the past few years, the votes cast for the election of the new committee has been through e-voting. However, this has been deemed an unconstitutional act.

So to adhere to our constitution and to avoid any possible repercussions, it is proposed that you authorise the President, Chuang Xue En, as your proxy voter at the AGM, who will fill in the proxy forms only then. Votes will we kept secret and destroyed after being tabulated.

If you are agreeable and intend to submit your votes online or have already submitted your votes online, please reply to  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with the below form completed with how you would the online form. AGM,  which will allow you to vote in person,  is still being held tomorrow at Sidney Sussex College with the following details:

Date: 18th Feb 2012, Saturday
Venue: Sidney Sussex College, Knox Shaw Room  & Andrews Room
Time: 12.15pm - 5pm (Meeting commences at 1.30pm in Andrews Room), free lunch for members (who previously registered) at 12.15pm (Knox Shaw Room)

Each of your replies are important as without them, the next committee would not be able to be elected and your votes previously cast would be invalidated . Replies will be collated till 18th February 2012, Saturday, 1200hours . If you could reply by then, it would be greatly appreciated.

It cannot be emphasized how important it is that you authorise Xue En to be your proxy voter with your reply to this email.

Thank you so much for supporting our committee this one year.

Sincerely,
Chuang Xue En
President
CUMSA 2011/12
